Acceptance: by using SanwalStudio you agree to these terms and all policies linked from the website. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Permitted use: you may use the platform to create videos, scripts, images, business documents, crypto charts, social posts and related assets for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
Content rights: you must own or have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions for any video, image, voice, music, brand, document or URL you upload or transform. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.
Prohibited use: do not use the service for copyright infringement, impersonation, deepfake abuse, misleading identity replacement, harassment, adult exploitation, illegal activity, malware, spam, fraud, financial scams, hate, violence, or content that violates YouTube, Google AdSense or other platform policies.
AI and automation: generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must fact-check, edit and approve all scripts, translations, captions, thumbnails, SEO data and videos before use.
YouTube and third-party integrations: when you connect YouTube or another provider, you authorize SanwalStudio to perform requested actions such as uploading videos. Provider terms and API policies also apply.
Advertising: pages may include ads served by Google AdSense or other partners. You must not click your own ads, encourage invalid clicks, or manipulate impressions.
Crypto tools disclaimer: crypto market data and calculators are informational only and are not financial advice. Trading involves risk.
Accounts and security: you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability: features may depend on third-party APIs and may change, pause or fail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
